Our Story
Meet Ms. Tina and Ms. Emma — The Heart Behind Arvada Busy Bee Childcare
Both born and raised right here in Arvada, Colorado, Ms. Tina and Ms. Emma first met eight years ago while working at a corporate private preschool. They instantly connected over their shared passion and deep commitment to nurturing and educating young children.
Their early years in a large preschool setting gave them invaluable experience and formal training in early childhood education. From there, they transitioned into private nannying, where they were able to build more personal, one-on-one relationships with families. Experiencing both types of childcare settings opened their eyes to the benefits and challenges of each — and inspired them to create something better.
That vision became Arvada Busy Bee Childcare — a home-based environment where low teacher-to-child ratios allow for meaningful connections, flexibility allows for enriching field trips and outdoor experiences, and children are truly seen, supported, and celebrated.
With a combined 19 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and a well-rounded educational background, Ms. Tina and Ms. Emma have created one of the most sought-after in-home daycares in the area — a place where your child can grow, thrive, and feel at home.
